About Our Convention
The Convention
The convention is presented by the Islamic Association of North America (IANA), a Minneapolis-based organization founded in 2001 to serve the religious and social needs of Muslim communities across the country. IANA acts as a unifying umbrella for Islamic centers nationwide — coordinating programming, resources, and support so member communities can better serve the people they reach.
This convention is IANA's flagship annual gathering. Now in its 23rd year, it brings together Muslims from across the Twin Cities and beyond for a weekend of inspiration, learning, and community — powerful programming, world-class speakers, a vibrant bazaar, and an atmosphere rooted in the spirit of Ihsan — doing good with sincerity and excellence.
