Registration & Check-In
Welcome attendees, manage badge distribution, and answer questions at the entrance.
Session Support
Assist speakers, manage room capacity, and help attendees navigate the program.
Quran Competition
Support competition coordinators, manage participant check-in, and assist judges.
Bazaar & Marketplace
Help vendors set up, direct shoppers, and maintain a clean bazaar environment.
Youth & Childcare
Assist with youth programming and help keep the daycare area safe and engaging.
Logistics & Setup
Day-before and day-of setup crew — move furniture, set signage, and organize spaces.

All volunteers must be 13 years or older. Younger volunteers are welcome when accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. T-shirts provided to all approved volunteers.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You'll receive a confirmation email with your assignment and shift details at least two weeks before the convention.
